Why does everyone say stokes is even that good. Everyone is saying drop Green at the moment. He avgs 34 with the bat and 35 with the ball. Stokes avgs 35 with the bat and 32 with the ball. Not much different really. Yeah stokes has done it over a longer time. But his hype train runs strong

I think Stokes can be tactically strong but he needs to be super switched-on and thinking about the game situation. Whereas Steve Smith is tactically strong instinctively

I'm not a stokes fan and I do agree ...plus...imagine how good stokes could be...even more so...if he could just focus on his own game...i think when they come under pressure ben feels he's the one to win it...it not only gives the other players a cop out rather than making them step up...but also add unnecessary pressure on himself...plus...how tactical can you be when your mantra is to go put and slap the ball silly...and that's what the English team now identifies as..
