ce la vi was so bad service it’s shame cause the view and place is beautiful. We went for friends birthday, 1. Host was uninterested and seemed not to welcome us in properly 2. They gave us a table of 6 and we were 7 and gave in spot that interestingly questionable, we then asked to switch to the booth because it was empty and not reserved and I couldn’t see why they couldn’t sit us there instead and they knew we were table of 7, why 6 and cramp us on smaller table. It seemed as a problem for us to switch until a very understanding lady came and helped us out (the only one that was nice) 3. My friend wanted to open presents instead of having the cake first max we took is 10mins, we politely asked if we can wait for it until she had opened the presents. The server was rude and said I won’t have time it’d be busy later and waved his hands in the air. Bear in mind, it was empty at this time and barely any customers were there yet and all it took was 10mins. The food was overly salted, and especially bland food with no flavour in some, sushi was good. We asked to remove the service charge, as we noticed some of the waiters standing around and giggling at our table because they seem to find it amusement from nothing. We didn’t complain, but we gave a reason why we wanted the service charged removed and they ignored what we initially said and put words into our mouths but at the end it was removed.
