this is excellent. There is one I want to do, but I'm not sure if it is appropriate at the moment. I want to say, "This is what I've learned from taking a medical leave of absence." This is my first of 6 wks and I dont want coworkers thinking i'm just over here eating ice cream. I have a neurological disease, yet to see a dx, i was cognitively gone. Fatigued. Exhausted. I teach high school and have a long commute. This is self care, but that could be taken wrong.
