@_sundiiii_: I used to be ashamed of my stubborn belly fat at first, didn’t really wear sports bra or crop tops out. Now I let it hang 😭 I’ve had a flat tummy and was fit before, so I know how to be active and eat healthy/in moderation. I allowed myself to enjoy food for a while and because of my skin issues, I was living a sedentary lifestyle for a bit, resulting into me having a tummy again 🧑‍🦲 it also might be hormonal? Idk. Since I’m not dealing with skin issues anymore, I’ve been working out, been going out in the sun again, doing daily or weekly walks, etc… #gym #bellyfat #tummy
