Description of my calisthenic progression journey below: -Focus on push, pull, and legs each session. Full body days ideally. I like to do 3 rounds of 3-5 circuits, each with a push, pull, and leg movement respectively but may also target core or shoulders. I usually will do a core finisher separately -5-8 reps per set of each movement. Do an even number of reps across all sets. Increase # of reps or difficulty of skill once good form and full range of moment achieved at previous number/movement -Plyo is good for explosiveness and translates to weight training. I also just really enjoy jump training -Bands are your friend. Dont be afraid to scale workouts or use assistance . . My new goal is body weight strength, control, and mobility so I’ve been dedicating about 2 days exclusively each week to calisthenic traiing
