@divineofomaja: LOW POROSITY hair: hair cuticles are quite flat and tight so it takes time to get in moisture but one it get in there, it’s trapped. MEDIUM POROSITY hair cuticles are also similar to low porosity/porous hair as it is also flat but is less tight and takes in moisture faster. HIGH POROSITY hair on the other side of the spectrum is lifted cuticles or loose strands. It takes in moisture easily but it’s hard to retain the moisture as the cuticles are loose and not as tight as low porous hair.
