I store mine in a shed, in a metal (new) dustbin with a bungee to keep the lid on. Mice and rats can chew through plastic.

no spuds in fridge ever i buy mine in 25kg sacks and they get stored in the shed with a blanket over them and they last for months.

I have always put my potatoes in the veg drawer in fridge they last so much longer than when I had them in a cupboard or potato tin so fridge all day for me with all my other veg
