As a Maltese woman myself, I grew up in Malta and at 16yrs of age I could easily travel from Paceville to home and not have to look over my shoulder, the freedom was unreal.

I did that in Italy and it was pretty scary. I saw two men and they were watching me probably thinking I was crazy. I was pretty down back then thought that Italy was a safe country. Today no country is safe
