It’s unfortunate how much QC hates English. Even if you try they refuse to acknowledge or help. France is more appreciative when you try- they’re blunt but they won’t ridicule you for trying. Also, QC is the only place I flew into as a FA and got food thrown at me because of a delay. Keep speaking English and show ppl that we should be working together and appreciate both of the histories

There are many Quebecers that think English is evil and they blame their lack of success and fulfillment in life on Anglophones. Maybe they are still upset about the Plains of Abraham. You are obviously a really cool person.
