Apparently we can use carrots to get the tan we want. I was born so tanned and now I’m fair and the rest of my body I can handle being pale but I need tan on my face otherwise I look 🫥. I wish I could do makeup for when I’m fair and pale. There are fake tans out there that are non toxic. I know so many people who smoke and drink and get Botox and don’t worry about it and are healthy as an ox.

I feel you on this! I gave up tanning many years ago, but can’t bring myself to constantly use fake tans. Daily positive affirmation have helped me and lightening my hair from black to brown
