I think this is bull. She was honest, she was sleeping. She did everything she was suppose to do. It'd an unfortunate situation, but it happens. How was she suppose to know if she was sleeping. Its not like she was high or drunk.

I feel bad she is a kid herself and you can see she is struggling wish they would’ve helped her more maybe helped her install a heavy duty lock rather than slapping wrist on her and making it worse with giving her a record. Single parenting is not easy.
