@thelisalee: I like to be completely transparent on social media considering i want to be a big influencer one day. No one in my household had gone to college for sports and I didn’t know what i was doing. I knew everyone took out loans and i was just gunna take them out too but you can’t get a loan without a co-signer and school loans weren’t working even with a 3.7 gpa i just decided i didn’t want to pay back $200k in school loans. It was $70k a year and i had scholarships that dropped it down to $30k but an 18 year old doesn’t have ts laying around especially unemployed in a whole new state. I’ll be attending community college & staying consistent with track hopefully i can run track again for a cheaper in state college after i get my associates. i’m not embarrassed about my journey im prioritizing getting my degree over sports and everyone has there own journey.
