This happened to me with free people and we went back and forth for MONTHS. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back 😑

Just dispute it with your bank!! Alphalete did the same thing to me the first & only time I ordered. I disputed it bc they were not giving me another option. 🤷🏻♀️I got my money back fairly quickly after that.

I ordered the red Persephone dress recently and the skirt was sewn inside out to the corset top and they wouldn’t refund me after I sent it back lmao. I went back and forth for weeks, disputed with my card but also as soon as I did I told them I would dispute and they said please don’t and gave me an ecredit. So I got a refund and a free ecredit. But definitely dispute.

I had a similar issue with PLT. They ghosted me when I tried to return my order. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and best believe the responded swiftly after that 🤣🤣
