I don’t want to do an epidural but I’m nervous on if I’ll be able to handle the pain or know what to do. I know it’s natural but I still worry. I usually have bad periods and I know there’s different hormones released during labor than a period but I worry I won’t be able to handle it if my pain is that bad during a period. Do you have any advice or suggestions on what helped you become so prepared for this?
