try pure castor oil at night. stop using anything with perfumes. use dial soap to wash. and stop using antiperspirants deodorants. I use lume kinda expensive but helps with smell! you are strong and you are not alone! i’m here if need anyone!

Oh man. I go through the same thing and started seeing a dermatologist as of this year. And even with that assistance, I still suffer. I realize it has a lot to do with my diet. That’s my next step in hopes to control it a little better. I hope you find relief soon. 😭✨

I started using a 5% benzoyl peroxide soap and it made it a lot better!!!!! Initially it didn’t stop them from coming but made them more infrequent. I haven’t had one in over 6 months now!!!! I ordered it off Amazon. I wish you luck in finding something that helps too. I’m so sorry I understand the pain.

It so sucks I have both armpits removed only thing that has helped is I have A GLP1 (weight loss shot) was a game changer for me it completely stopped all my flares. I have a great starter deal as well if you check out my profile.

Stay Strong! I know sometimes it feels like your flares wont go away but they will. Sometimes we get rest. I had to stop using any products in my skin and natural soaps with peppermint helps.
