Incandescent lights are horrible. So much wasted enegery. LEDs aren't toxic, have the same light spectrum, and don't flicker if you get good lights.

Use programmable smart lights. Create a setting for dim yellow lighting. Some even have a "sunset" setting. Just use that at night and you'll be just fine.
