@xtremeaviation: During an engine run, massive amounts of air are pulled into the engine, creating strong suction at the inlet. The rapidly spinning fan accelerates the airflow, increasing its speed and changing the pressure around the engine. This pressure difference causes surrounding air, dust, and moisture to bend and flow toward the inlet. Even while stationary, the engine generates intense wind forces that show just how much air it moves. #plane #engine #wind #aviation

it creates a pressure drop, which induces a temperature drop. humidity is high enough the air temp is being lowered enough to match the dew point.
