RECIPE: 💗 INSTRUCTION: Patty: 1 kg ground beef 1 cup breadcrumbs 2 eggs 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 white onion, diced 1 cup of milk Salt & pepper to taste Oil for frying Gravy: white onions, sliced 6 cloves garlic, sliced 2 cups button mushroom, sliced ⅓ cup of green pepper, strained 4 cups of beef stock 1 cup of all purpose flour 1 tosp worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp whole grain mustard 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce Salt & pepper to taste Toppings: 1 fried egg Rice Green onion
