My husband tried to tell my nurse that he was going to go home for the night to sleep after I gave birth because the couch they provided was too uncomfortable….. The death stare she gave him made him change his mind without words being spoken. He stayed the night and did all the night time diaper changes so I didn’t have to get out of bed except to use the bathroom myself.
