I have twins also (9 months) and still trying to get them to sleep longer stretches. If one woke up in the middle of the night, did you have a timer set for how long you were in there or did you stay in there until they settled?

💯 agree because I followed your method as my twins are about the same age. I swear by your tips because since 5 months they’ve been sleeping in their room 8pm-8am. In the beginning waking up twice during the night and since 9 months they sleep straight through 💗

Just to clarify: they would cry for ~10-15 mins , you’d settle them to sleep, then they did this every hour ish the first night ? Is that why you were up all night ? Going to sleep train our twin girls around 4.5 mo

Ah! I’m on the fence with my twins because they’re 5 months and only wake once to eat. They’ve never really slept through the night without that feed so I feel like they’re genuinely hungry??

What if both babies only fall asleep if they’re being rocked? And every time we go into their room and peak in the crib, their eyes are wide open 🥲 our twins are 6 months old, but 4 months adjusted

So since they were sleeping in the same room would their cries wake each other up? Starting the cycle If one started crying and you gave them 5 minutes what if the other twin woke up because of the first twin crying for those 5 mins? Do you know what I mean? My twins cries wake each other up and it’s a constant cycle at times

How much did they weigh at the time? And were they actually crying? My bad sleeper doesn’t cry right away but she spends a lot of time making super loud sounds…honestly not sure if I start the 5,10 from there or the actual cry 🤦🏻♀️
