@ceaser.smith: The Train Station Theory Why some people are temporary. Lately I’ve started looking at friendships differently. Life feels a lot like sitting on a train. People jump on, take a seat beside you, and ride along for a while. Some hop off at the very first stop and they were never meant to stay long, and that’s okay. Others stay for a few stations. They share laughs, memories, moments… and then their stop arrives, and they step off. That doesn’t make the journey any less real, it just means their part of your story was shorter. And then there are the rare ones… the ones who ride all the way to your final stop. The truth is, you can’t force anyone to stay on your train. All you can do is appreciate the time they choose to sit beside you, and let them go when their chapter closes. Save your energy for the people who match it. People will come and go that’s life, and their departure says more about where they are than anything about you. Everything happens for a reason. The right souls stay. The right ones continue the journey with you. But also, don’t forget the ones that got off early, they still helped shape you into the beautiful soul your are with some great memories to look back at.@The Healing Label

We have a group of 5 that have been through good and bad since meeting at 18/19 years old. Our group has remained close for over 35 years including our kids and now some grandkids. We all know if we need anything, the others will be there.
