Gifted myself the knowledge of tamale making for my birthday a few years back. So far I’ve made beef, chicken and pork. I’ve made it my birthday tradition. Ahhh what a gift for my family 😂 I do all the work and they get to eat it. I REALLY want to make this one now. Sooo cheesy!! *as well as a dessert tamale.

The tamales I would love to make are the elote ones I've never made those. the malays are a lot of work. I'm old. I don't make them anymore, but I miss some homemade tamaraz
