Remember even if you see this late, pets can’t read calendars 🤠 2. I’ve heard the days after Thanksgiving and Christmas are two of the busiest days for vets because of dogs accidentally getting into holiday food. Please try to put your food away before moving onto the next activity. 3. As best you can, try to include your pet in holiday activities like getting a tree, seeing the lights or even going to the hardware store. And if you have guests they haven’t met, take a moment to introduce them, too. Thank you to everyone who suggested I get Emmy a dog. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
