well done you’re doing amazing , took me 18 month to really be feeling better after first hip in 2022 aged 51 but i was left for 5 yrs telling me i had nothing wrong:( im now waiting on other hip but need to have a year of recovery as i also had spinal surgery last june :(

Hey girl, are you able to squat an u’s the leg press. Just got my surgery booked today for the 6th of May and the surgeon said I’ll never be able to again. Makes me wanna back out on the whole surgery haha 😅

risk of dislocation is high in first three months post op hip surgery these actions are nit advised heavy lifting is not allowed nor is bending like that .. I see you havnt posted any updates since 😳🤧
