hahahahah this is absolutely racism I got on the wrong bus before in school and they didn't do any of this crap to me and yes I am Hispanic adopted by an all white family and I never once saw cops do this to a kid when I was in school the worst thing I saw a school security guard do was Mesa kid after he was ordered to calm down but he was hopping around bothering people he got maced in the face never heard a boy scream that loud but it was pretty funny to watch but this was straight up racism or an abusive power either way these cops need to be fired
