Literally just a guy who found a new way to package takeout sushi. I worked at a sushi restaurant for a few years, told the owner he had to lean into gimmicks, get creative, he never did and then he closed. This packaging could’ve changed his whole business.

I remember early videos of this place the owner told every creator he didn’t want to be on camera & this is first video he is ok with it. He must have gave up on that after how many ppl come in now with cameras lol

I’m in Japan now and all the sushi in that restaurant didn’t exist😂😂. The hype isn’t worth it for its price. Your paying extra for the sushi to be in a cylinder rather then a tray.
