I think you should focus on maxing out ur astra because she is a super good support and u should save up enough polychromes for the upcoming character (I cannot get her name right.. but the void hunter get her she will be a good teammate w ur astra) by maxing out astra you should focus on her core as for abilities to upgrade you should mostly focus on her ex special and her ult and the other abilities u should only focus on upgrade once you max her ex and ult and u should focus on the main story before the other quest (blue font) and also while your at it you should also play the events (green font) because events give out a lot of rewards

dont pull Banyue if you arent planning on memorizing his kit, stock up and wait for Yeshunguang since her best in slot is Zhao is free and astra you already have. you could also have a free garuentee on the second half of the 2.5 with Sanby Alice and Astra on the run.

according to your characters, you can yao+harumasa+anby or rina+grace+nicole( but this one I'm not recommend dmg is too slow). If enemies strong against electric you can use billy instead of harumasa and support character you can use nicole/lucy for dmg boost and the last slot you it's better if you use stuner. twin... you don't have miyabi or yixuan... your fried just kidding save up for shunguang and pull for other void hunters cause they will be really helpful but right now prioritize building a good dps team first of all your gonna get a free Zhao in 2.5 which is a good support for shunguang and you have one of the best support characters for attackers so you could use her as your support
