So, let’s recap so we don’t get gas lit by the title. The man DID NOT get unalived for “J WALKING “. He got unalived because he refused a lawful order to drop the deadly weapon he was carrying. He then proceeded to heed the warning and kept walking towards the cop with said deadly weapon still in his hand, ready to be used. How’s that for the “actual truth”???
