This why I don’t like tips and y some places in the world don’t do tipping. Certain ages can’t do certain things at work not to mention some ppl believe in gender roles at work. Tipping needs to be cashless at this point. Tipping is based on a lot of things pretty privilege is one of them. 😅 Now have I used certain things to my advantage to get tips yes absolutely do it work yes lol

It sucks but..if he’s under the age of 14 company can face civil penalties, criminal charges, Buisness consequences…etc bottom it highly illegal and who ever hired would be fired
