Case plan versus state clearly states, do you have a right to defend yourself in court and also in the streets from an unlawful detainment yes, you have the right to defend yourself against bullies with badges. Don’t be afraid to stand your ground if you know you have a broken the law, and they have no authority over you and I hope this gentleman here made lots of money off of these crooked bullies with badges.
