@sprezzaturasports: Medicine will always be part of my story, and I'm thankful for the people and places that have shaped my journey. 2025 was about choosing growth, curiosity, and courage. I'm proud of the step I took in June to leave my role as a full time orthopedic surgeon to move across the world to focus on my coaching business, my education, and my health. Learning, training, creating, and living fully each day. I don't know the full shape of my path in 2026 but i'm looking forward to continuing to live (and coach) with intention, purpose, and of course, sprezzatura ⚔️🐎
