@helentaylorrr: he probably picked up the phone about 7 times during this for the coffee yogurt) you’ll need: - about 200-300g any yogurt you like (preferably full fat) - 1tbsp honey - 1 shot espresso (cold) (for the plums): - 2 plums (or 4 small sliwki) - 1tbsp butter - 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for the granola) - 1/3 cup oats - 2tbsp honey / maple syrup (to serve): - 1tbsp any nut butter (i used peanut!) - flaked coconut method: 1. begin by placing the yogurt in your serving bowl of choice. add in the honey and the shot of espresso. 2. mix until thoroughly combined (trust the process!). 3. pop in the fridge whilst you get on with the rest. 4. cut around the centre of the plums, twist to open, and remove the stone (just like you would with an avocado!). 5. repeat with the rest of the plums. 6. melt the butter and cinnamon on a medium heat in a frying pan, and place the plums face down. 7. leave them to fry without moving them too much. 8. after about 5 minutes, check to see if they are golden and if so, flip over and cook for another few minutes on the other side. 9. once they are soft, remove from the pan and place to one side. 10. in the same pan, add in the remaining honey / maple syrup and finally the oats. 11. toss together in the pan until the oats are evenly coated. 12. cook for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. gather the oats into one corner in an even layer and flatten with a spoon. 13. remove from the heat and leave to one side. 14. grab the yogurt from the fridge! break up the granola into clusters using a wooden spoon. layer on top of the yogurt. 15. place a dollop of peanut butter right in the centre… 16. now finish by laying the plums right on top however you like! 17. finish with a sprinkle of flaked coconut… enjoy xxxx ☕️ #yogurt #breakfast #yogurtbowl #breakfastrecipes #polish
