Based on my observation, both candidates answered the questions correctly. However, the clearer and more significant answer came from the Philippines. One of the rules in Miss Universe when answering questions is to remain calm, be clear in your statement, and ensure that your answer is connected to the question. So why did the USA win? In my opinion, it was because of her long answer. I honestly don’t know how the judges chose the USA. From my observation, the USA did not fully answer the question. Yes, she spoke a lot, but having a long answer does not define whether you are the winner. Just because your response is lengthy does not mean it is better. For me, the Philippines is the real winner because she answered the question correctly. She was calm, her answer was clear and clean, and most importantly, it was emotional and heartfelt. Overall, her performance was strong, and she did very well. I honestly did not expect the USA to reach the Top 5, but unfortunately, she ended up winning. Among the Top 5, Panama also performed well, but during the final Q&A, she did not answer the question effectively. That’s all. Thank you! (Based on my observation while watching the live Miss Cosmo 2025.)

As a Filipino I am happy that USA won because we know that she deserves the crown. It's a fair fight unlike Miss Universe... Congratulations to these to 2 incredible queens, USA and Philippines. Anyway, this edition winners is more credible than the first edition. I'm so happy that Cosmo did not get the judge from Vietnam last year and give it to Olivia Yace.
