That cop reached in that guy‘s car door and unlocked his door and opened it. That’s illegal search and seizure right there he can ask the man to get out due to Pennsylvania versus Mims Supreme Court rolling, but he is not allowed to reach his hand into that car unlock the door and open it. He’s not allowed to go in that car without a search warrant or probable cause for any reason.
