He’s indebted 1.2 billion in mortgage financing to the bank but his revenue producing properties generate more money than that… never pay cash in assets there is such thing a GOOD DEBT

It’s easy to understand. When the bank loans out money they need to see that you have that flow of money coming in. That’s a start. When it’s stuff like in the billions it’s at a point where collateral is needed. So he owns most likely around 1.2 billion in assets or a little less with income added that would equal to that amount. Thats why there’s no risk for the bank lending out that amount. People saying he doesn’t own anything is dumb. He does, but he steadily pays back his debt and other amounts go into his pocket. He can be in generational debt but again that doesn’t matter cause his kids will make more and more money doing the same thing he does.
