You could have this in court by tomorrow without hiring a lawyer. Sue them for negligent misrepresentation and fraudulent inducement. Wrote everything down and file it in small claims court. They will fix it before the ink on your lawsuit dries and it cost you ZERO but the minimal court costs.

Go reach out to the state attorney general for your state they will force the dealer to do something- if not they can remove there dealer license if they are at fault- threatening this helps. I got a dealer to buy back my hubbys car after 6 months because they could and wouldn't register the car at his home of record and we could have done it in less then a week.
