** I should have said avoid coffee rather than avoid caffeine 😂 there’s a lot less caffeine in coke and it also has a load more sugar which is perfect 👌 I’m not great at choosing my words carefully 😂

Take things to distract you if you need too, headphones and music/audiobook help, take snacks and a power bank too, just let your artist know your about to grab them and they won’t get offended

I'm covered in tattoos and have learnt a few tricks, watch movies it keeps your mind off the pain. prep your skin before your tattoo, I'm not talking shave the area, exfoliate the area 24-48 hours before the session, moisturise your skin every day for at least a week before if you don't already.

I read. I find if I am distracted then I don’t feel the pain so much. Especially if it’s a really good book. Also so you don’t move so much then obviously use a kindle!
