Atomoxitine has very…unpleasant bedroom-related side effects, made it hard to sleep, and made me feel mad a lot. But late in the evening it made it easy to do clean, organize, and pretend to be an adult.

everyone should have their p450 etc genes tested. everyone can metabolise/detox differently. I have major issues on the p450s.

I liked Stratera but the side effects I got were horrible!! Profuse sweating with major temp increase and crippling nausea. These never got better for me. Ultimately I stopped taking it because of the side effects. I’m now on something else that is like a long acting Rit. It’s ok but the crash when it wears off is terrible.

Tons of great info here! Traditional stimulants have been studied for decades. You mention risk for abuse but research says there is less risk for abuse in those prescribed it and the risk goes down the longer they are prescribed it.

yeah i work with kids, mostly teens now, but psychologically my experience shows it is almost always a family or systemic issue with function, not the kid….

I added it with my Vyvanse, and it worked great but I had such horrific migraines. I've had migraines for 20 years and these were just so much worse and I was really short with everyone
