I got mine yesterday and when I first put it together, the display worked and The Walking pad worked. I just tried it and I cannot get it to turn on at all. The light comes on on the remote, but the display doesn’t pop up.

I got mine two days ago still have been unable to use it because I can get it to turn on on the machine just the lights and then when I try to use the remote to get the machine started it does nothing nothing at all. I have flipped the batteries around. I have changed batteries. I have changed name brands to the batteries. Nothing can you help me with this? I have already reached out to your company and yes, they are reimbursing me the money an they are not asking for the machine back, but I really just wanted to work. I’m super sad. Is anybody else having this trouble? Was I supposed to oil it in the beginning?
