Prosecutors and judges should not be immune from prosecution— if it is found out they did whatever it took to prosecute people (like hiding evidence), they should be prosecuted!

also need to exspunge charges that were droped and almost a half year later the state wonts to bring back up the case that was drpoed making it a double jeopardy witch is agianst the law.!!!💯🙏

Restore the sixth amendment. Prevent trial penalties. Remove immunity for judges and prosecutors, that would actually trickle down to the police.

How about (at least at the state level) transparency about prosecutorial and judicial misconduct claims, investigations and processes; For 22 O.S. § 13.1 (85%), statutorily forbid consecutive sentencing schemes to eliminate count manipulation and disparate sentencing by judges during election seasons.

Great ideas but in the country where for profit prisons exist and lobbying in Washington prisoners are nothing but commodities. We need to abolish FOR PROFIT INCARCERATION.
