@imabbysigua: EAT YOUR SKINCARE ep. 6 Collagen Hot Chocolate with Gut Healing Marshmallow (super easy recipe!) ☕️🍫 Bone Broth Hot chocolate: - 1 cup bone broth - 1 cup milk (I used whole milk) - 1 heaping tbs cocoa powder - splash of vanilla + cinnamon (optional) - ~1tbs maple syrup - bring to simmer and serve ☁️ Marshmallow: - 2-3 tbs of marshmallow root and steep in 1 cup cold water overnight - drain marshmallow root mucilage - in one bowl add 1/2 cup of mucilage and use 1/4 cup grass fed beef gelatin on top- set aside for 5 minutes to bloom - in pot add 1/2 cup of mucilage with 1 cup of maple syrup (or honey) and bring to simmer - add bloomed gelatin/mucilage mixture into mixer and slowly mix to break down - slowly add maple syrup/mucilage mixture into mixer with gelatin - mix until turns white and a thicker consistency (not too thick & make sure to quickly pour mixture once done) - line small baking pan with parchment paper and add arrowroot powder - add marshmallow into pan and set for a couple of hours, sprinkle arrowroot on top and serve) #eatyourskincare #glowyskin #EasyRecipe
