The crane when used to pour concrete has a bucket that is used to do so. This bucket when full weighs alot. Looking at the video it appears the bucket, although not seen, was probably dropped, as the crane hook up chains are seen hanging below the rebar. Maybe the forms gave out but more likely because the rebar is bent( it takes a lot to bend rebar) something heavy was dropped. I’m guessing it’s the concrete bucket from the looks of it.
