Silent follower here: use parchment paper! Put the ball of dough between two sheets. Roll it out and then put in the fridge! When it’s cold, pull it out. Pull one sheet off, stick the sheet back on, flip it over and pull off other sheet (to make sure the cut cookie will easily come off the paper). Happy holidays!

It’s easier to bake the whole sheet pan and use the cutters right after you pull it out - most sugar cookies warp during baking and you have to use the cutter again after -I hate baking sugar cookies , pan method makes life easy HAPPY BAKING both🥰💕
