I am a teacher and I remove my shoes often in my class and teach without them.They can be soo tiring ..I sometimes need to connect to earth and feel grounded

Every time at my old job my surgeon would kick off her shoes and hand them to me to get out of the way of my laser for our davinci endometriosis cases! Always super cool to watch her work. Hope she’s doing well
