Here is my thoughts. She was married to a man who liked doing open mic debates with people who disagree with him about things. He debated politics and other stuff. She probably made peace with the fact that he put his life on the line every single time he went somewhere for the debates. It’s just like presidential debates. There is always the possibility of them being assassinated because there is always someone who will want people like Charlie dead because they don’t believe in the same things. Erika never wanted her husband dead but she probably made peace with the fact that it could happen at anytime because of the kind of work he did!
