I had 125 stops yesterday, seems light, but how many parcels? Flipping 325 parcels, I was often carrying 10+ packages at once, so yh not really the time or stamina to go on a scavenger hunt to find the customer. Front door and that's it.

That's because we get 400 parcels a day at the min with 300 houses and 200 stops where 1 stop is not one house it's a multi with 3-5 houses for about half of the stops

we have a great evri guy BUT when hes off the replacement drivers literally abandoned several parcels inside the door of the supermarket 🤣 or just any door they can find

But did you know that the driver's instructions could have said to leave it at the front door? He took a photo of where he left the package, so the customer has a photo of where the package is, and you move it somewhere else.

yesterday I literally had an amazon parcel delivered to my mums house and they didnt even bother knocking just left it near the front door which annoyed the helll out of me because I didnt give instructions to leave it near the front door

My evri delivery man is quite good but on the other hand Royal Mail is horrible, left my parcel in the snow in the middle of a shared access at the back and no knock or even a note. When I see is Royal Mail I always choose to collect from post office

I have instructions on my amazon that state my parcels have to be handed directly to a resident. Many drivers ignore this and one time it caused a huge issue because I needed to refuse the parcel and the driver decided he would knock and drive off. My partner chased him, gave him hell and then I had a 2 month fight with amazon for a refund

Evri didn’t even knock on my door. They walked back and forward in front of the door and then stashed it behind a wheelie bin 😅 I wouldn’t have minded but I was actually home at the time 😂

i ordered something on amazon last week, hasnt shown up so i checked and its been delivered to some random place in birmingham. i live in scotland.. least you have your parcel 😭

Because amazon dgaf they'll just refund/replace no questions asked and the loss is minimal to them, yodel no idea as you don't hear much about them these days. Evri its because of retailers complaining and threatening to pull contracts

Delivery instructions vary, many are happy enjoy for their parcels to be left on the front doorstep, as it’s convenient and they know parcel pirates aren’t a problem for their area, it all varies

there's been some sort of merge with evri and DHL???? i just had a total nightmare with deliveries... guess what .... evri dumped parcels outside by bin .. no notification to state they came and claimed as delivered on the DHL tracker my god this done my nut it 😤 😔 😪 😫 wtf

Evri don't even knock my door and leave the parcel for all to see, Yodel can't even deliver a parcel and their customer service is awful. Had no issues with DPD this year.

Amazon follows what’s on the instruction…maybe the customer wanted it on the front door for certain reasons I.e dog was let loose in the garden
