The gym saved my POTS intruding life. It was so hard in the beginning and it took forever, but now I go everyday because I’m proud of everything I’ve overcome physically. Now- I’m not doing 30 min stair workouts but I can go on level 1 for 10-15 comfortably. Weight lifting is what catapulted me 💪

Thank you so much!! I fear I’m in the category “it’ll never get better” right now cause my symptoms are so bad. I see stories like this and pray it will. I know a lot is on myself to get there and I’m going to try the chop method to see if that helps

At 16 I wanted to hear “take this medicine” and it’ll fix your pots/heds/ibs. I didn’t want to hear that part of managing was changing my lifestyle. But I’m so happy at 22, taking that commitment to myself, to have a happier more fulfilled life. A diagnosis isn’t an ending, but a start to managing your life!! 💖
