@atesarah88: Aldabra giant tortoises (Aldabrachelys gigantea), which are among the largest tortoises in the world. They are native to the Aldabra Atoll in the Seychelles in the Indian Ocean, which is one of the only two remaining wild populations of giant tortoises globally.  They are known for their very long necks, which help them reach leaves from higher branches of trees and shrubs.  Their diet primarily consists of hay, leafy greens, and carrots, among other vegetation.  These tortoises have a very long lifespan, with some individuals thought to be over 200 years of age.  #highlightsシ゚ #post#everyoneシ゚
