I was at a point in my life where I was able to fully regulate myself emotionally, know my triggers, know how to deal with them. I was just overall calm and regulated. Until I met her… like she really is great, but BOY did being with someone bring up a lot of issues and insecurities from the past. Luckily she’s going through the same thing, so we both recognize what’s going on and can talk about it, but it is ROUGH 😪

All of my relationships have been me healing myself from each person 😭 healing from them while still with them, healing from the last one because they do something the last one did after they were told I wouldn’t tolerate it. None of them ever did work on themselves. I was working on me and trying to help them work on them and support them. Dating men isn’t worth it anymore. It’s just traumatizing and humiliating.
