@cleaningcoastalal: Replying to @neatyb57 Did you know that we offer ongoing services and support for our extreme clean clients? Our time spent and tasks look different than our Standard Cleaning Checklist because we make sure to target priority problem areas for clients. The first and second phase took place in August and took 2 months to complete from trashout day one to the last day of deep cleaning. We've been providing as-needed services since then to give the client control over their space. Letting the client reach out when they're ready creates a low-pressure space that helps to avoid opposition defiance, resistance, overwhelm, and freeze response. Today, our wonderful client decided to get on our bi-weekly cleaning schedule. This is such a huge milestone for someone who just a few months ago couldn't bear the idea of someone even stepping through the front door. They even mentioned looking forward to having family over to visit soon for the first time ever. Progress looks different for everyone and we each have different time lines. What's important is to not let fear keep you tied to something you aren't anymore, and to keep waking up every day choosing to continue your progress.
